At Casad Family Farms, we raise heritage breed beef and pork on open pastures just outside of Redmond, Oregon. As a family-run ranch, we see ourselves first as land stewards—working with nature through organic, regenerative farming practices that care for the soil, respect the animals, and nourish our community.

Our cattle and hogs are raised the way they should be—on pasture, with plenty of space to roam, and handled with the highest ethical standards.
