Buying Meat in bulk as a Quarter or Half Animal share is the most economical way to source the highest quality meat, raised regeneratively and organically, and in direct support of your land stewards.
An investment in our meats is an investment in your health, the health of our soils, our waterways, and our food communities. Your investment provides good jobs and living wages. Your investment secures your food source despite market disruptions in the commodity food chains. Your investment supports diversified food systems that are resilient.
Our grass-fed and grass finished beef is raised here on our farm organically, regeneratively and harvested on-site. The cattle are rotationally grazed and enjoy all the treats of living on a vegetable production farm.
Our cattle are finished on a higher carb grain hay that provides a very nice marble to grass-finished beef.
Our cattle are never fed an inflammatory grain diet, fed any GMOs or given antibiotics.

Casad Family Farms takes such care and ownership over the entire process. We can't know everything about our meat unless we raise it ourselves, entirely. But, having the transparency from Casad Family Farms about how they raise the food for the beef, the beef and the entire regenerative path lends to the trust I have for them in providing the best food for my family.
