Our heritage breed pork is raised on pasture and supplemented with a diet of grains we raise Organically here at the farm for our animals. No GMOs, low PUFA pork,  grass fed & expertly grass finished beef with an appealing marbled profile. Ordered this to get an idea of what grass fed beef/pork taste like. We are obsessed! Especially because it’s local and regeneratively farmed, it makes me feel more confident in our meat consumption knowing that the practices are better for the environment and our health. This box was the catalyst to us wanting to buy local meat in bulk, so we are very excited for our upcoming pork and beef shares!
