Beef and Pork Meat Shares are bulk shares of Quarter, Half and Whole animal shares. Our meat shares are the most economical way to eat our organically raised, regenerative meats from right here in Central Oregon. Shares are available for customer pickup at Redmond Smokehouse after processing. We cannot ship Meat Shares.

Each product has a breakdown of average pounds of take home meat per share size, cost per share size and how much freezer space is needed.
