A classic cut from the tender, short loin. The delicate marbling renders into the meat when cooked for an exceptionally juicy and flavorful steak. We like to add a little spice rub and throw it on the BBQ!
It's just that simple. It's the best beef I've ever had. It's noticably different from store bought. The color, texture, taste. Even if you try to go apples for apples with another organic beef it's not even close. Casad beef is amazing. I always feel so blessed to get to eat food raised with such love and intention just a few miles from my home.
