Not only were both of these hams PERFECTLY smoked , knowing we were supporting a small farm who raise their animals with respect and kindness and quality made our experience all the more enjoyable. The size of the ham was perfect and we enjoyed many meals from it.
We don’t eat a lot of pork because it is challenging to find producers who do it right, but I think my wife’s words after her first bite summed it up “well I guess we’re getting a hog share from Chris and Cate this year”
