Spare Ribs are the ribs cut from the belly of the animal and are extremely tender when cooked slowly. They generally have less meat on them than Baby Back Ribs which come from the upper part of the rib cage near the backbone and have more meat on the bone and are slightly tougher.
Pair with your favorite spice rub and low, slow cooking to become nice and tender. They are great for smoking, braising, grilling, or can be cooked in the oven.
