Fresh Pork Belly means you can make your own bacon, however you want to: smoked, peppered, maple; so many options. With the skin-on, you can make your own chicharrones after cutting from the belly, too! Curing and Smoking your own bacon is simple; google 'DIY Bacon Recipe' and watch the resources load.
The butcher packaged the belly in somewhat inconsistent cuts, but you will receive a minimum of 5# of pork belly in at least 2 packages.
