A wonderful variety of specialty cut bacon.  You can make a delicious BLT or breakfast sandwich, you can't go wrong on what you create with this variety of bacon. Enjoy Belly Bacon, Shoulder Bacon (Coppa Style!), Canadian Bacon, and Jowl Bacon. Each cut has the familiar delicious bacon flavor but will have a unique composition reflecting the cut it is made from.  

Our heritage breed pork is raised on pasture and supplemented with a diet of grains we raise Organically here at the farm for our animals. No GMOs, low PUFA pork,  grass fed & expertly grass finished beef with an appealing marbled profile. This is the highest quality meat, raised with animal welfare and soil regeneration at the heart of our farm's ethos.
